BURBANK, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/25/08 -- Nick Teti -- one of the stars of Warner Bros. Records' hot pop vocal group V Factory -- will make a very special one-time-only appearance on Fox's hit show "So You Think You Can Dance" tomorrow night, June 26th. The Philadelphia-born Teti, known as Nicky T, will perform with Quest, his former Philly dance crew, on the program's hour-long results show. The Quest Dance Crew has also performed on the Season 7 finale of "American Idol" and on "American Idol Gives Back."
V Factory -- featuring the five mad-talented singer-dancers Asher Book, Jared Murillo, Nathaniel Flatt, Wesley Quinn, and Nicky T -- have been driving young audiences across the country wild with their combination of edgy urban pop and electrifying dance moves. The group has recently completed the nationwide 16-city "Bandemonium" tour, and is in the process of putting the finishing touches on its forthcoming debut album, which will be released by Warner Bros. Records later this year. Written and produced by a top-notch team, including Kara DioGuardi, Twin, J. Marty, and Soundz, the album will have something for everyone, from tough-edged beats to touching ballads, giving it an appeal to music lovers of all ages.
Currently in its fourth season, "So You Think You Can Dance" is a dance competition that brings together amateur dancers from across the country to compete in a range of styles, from hip-hop to ballroom, with the ultimate goal of winning $250,000 and being crowned America's Favorite Dancer. Created by "American Idol" producers Simon Fuller and Nigel Lythgoe, "So You Think You Can Dance" has been a consistent ratings winner each week since its two-hour season premiere on May 22nd.
